Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the best age to start learning the harp?

Any age! You are never too young or too old to learn the harp. We have instruments of all sizes and will assess the best fit for you in your first class.

I’ve never played a harp before, can I just give it a go?

Of course. Please write to us and we will contact you to organise a time for a free meet and greet.

Can I choose which teacher I’d like to learn from?

We will certainly take your preferences into account, and recommend the most suitable teacher for your harp journey needs.

Can I have lessons at my home?

Private lessons are held at our studios located in Cremorne, Epping, Kogarah and Sydney Olympic Park. Currently, we only offer the group and ensemble classes at our Cremorne location.

Do I need my own harp?

We can supply harps for you to use in lessons and beginners group classes.
We also have harps available for hire for practising at home.
You may be required to bring your own harp for group classes and ensemble.

How much do harps costs?

Prices vary depending on age, size and model of harp. Lever harps range from $500-$10,000, and the modest range for a pedal harp is from $16,000-$50,000. If you like gold, be prepared to pay more!
